Team: Trumark Urban & Polaris Pacific

Project: Batch created a 2-BR model in Residence #209.

Concept: For this project, we created an urban home using natural materials and cool tones. The studio features blue hues paired with full-sized furniture to show the use of space. The 2BR is California-cool, using metals and wood accents to bring a sophisticated, yet relaxed feel to the home.

Outcomes: The models we installed sold in an average of 7-10 days and we relocated the package twice, ending in a 1-BR home, Residence #109.

Model price: The home's furnishings, fixtures, art, and decor are available for $40,000. Homebuyers at Knox receive generous package discounts.
