Project: Batch created a 2-BR model in Residence #302.

Concept: We took inspiration from global and bohemian concepts, to create our own worldly "glo-bo" mix. This aesthetic is speaks to well-traveled professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset. The mix of on-trend essentials, curated finds from around the world, and placed plants help bring the entire space together, making it the perfect place to call home.

Model Price: The home's furnishings, fixtures, art, and decor are available for $35,000. Homebuyers at 815T receive generous package discounts.

Miscellany: Batch also relocated another model unit to a new residence, working to harmonize the floor plan and art with our other work in the building.
