Project: Batch was enlisted to transform this three-unit property in the most coveted part of Pacific Heights.
Concept: The middle unit of this impressive estate features an inexplainable sense of openness and ease. Maybe it’s the formal hallway-turned seating moment that leads to double doors opening up onto the Broadway-facing Juliette. Maybe it’s what happened when we asked the painter to make the fireplace as white as the walls. Most likely it’s the unbeatable view of the San Francisco Bay. With Alcatraz as the art in the picture window, we added pops of pink hues in the living and dining rooms. It softens the vibe with a quality of calmness. Tiptoe to the bar cart and mix yourself a drink!
