Project: Batch was enlisted to transform a tired 2-bedroom condo into a sleek showcase located in a classic Nob Hill neighborhood building.
Concept: There’s nothing that a fresh coat of white paint and some re-finished wood floors won’t do. We began by shedding a layer of the previous window coverings and re-imagining the lighting with energy-efficient LED’s and sheer panels to let the fog-filtered light pass through the multitude of windows throughout. We went wild with houseplants creating an indoor jungle that is juxtaposed by fine art portraits by Lauren Skunta and oversize original pieces painted by Batch. The color scheme is restrained in its use of bright color pops and instead relies on cream, gray and black as a base with touches of blue and mossy green. The result is… exceptional, but that’s our opinion only.
