SF HOME STAGING: WHY WE LOVE TO WORK WITH LOCAL SAN FRANCISCO HOME BRANDS

by IT-Geeks

Here at Batch, we stage for-sale residences, turning them into homes where you can also buy everything you see staged inside. We mean everything, from the rugs to the furniture to the décor, if you like it, you can buy it. When we style units we love to draw on the thriving creative scene in San Francisco. The city is filled with artisans, creators, and designers making outstanding pieces. Here are some of the favorite brands we like to use in our SF home staging:

1. Quixotic

Quixotic ceramics are a labor of love — all pieces are made by hand and in small batches. Because they aren’t mass-produced, each of artisan Christina Cheung’s ceramics are one of a kind, varying ever so slightly in shape, size, and surface. Want a custom piece? Cheung also takes custom orders.

2. Kailu Silk

Kailu Silk draws on artisan Chinese handicrafts to make modern living goods. Their first creation? Ultra-luxe, hand-stretched silk comforters. Aside from feeling amazing these comforters are cool to the touch, hypoallergenic and adapt to your body temperature. No more hot sleeping with these dreamy comforters.

3. Annmarie

This organic, wildcrafted skincare brand carefully sources the best ingredients and crafts them into an array of covetable products. At Batch, we love to use this brand to stage bathrooms with their chic cleansers and moisturizers which utilize aloe vera and skin-nourishing oils and are compatible with all skin types.

4. Revival Rugs

Not sure if you want a vintage or a new rug? At Revival Rugs there’s a selection of both to choose from. The vintage pieces are one of a kind and some of the pieces are a slice of design history clocking in at 100 years old. The new rugs are fresh off the loom and handwoven, not the cheap power loom rugs that are often mass-marketed today. Revival Rugs are made with natural fibers and without the extreme markups you encounter at other stores.

5. Coyuchi

Coyuchi’s dreamy bedding will make you want to go to sleep. The brand uses organic cotton that feels like heaven on your body and they use low-impact dyes that won’t irritate your skin. There’s an array of chill-inducing colors to choose from such as honey, charcoal, straw, and rose. While we love the bedding, Coyuchi also has other home goods to choose from — their towels, apparel and baby goods are also outstanding.

6. HDButtercup

HDButtercup offers “furniture for people who love furniture and are seeking soulful, meaningful pieces for their home.” They travel the world to buy the best pieces, you can find good from Vietnam, Italy, Morocco, and Australia here. We love this brand because they cherish craftsmanship, fair labor practices, and eclectic design.

7. Pablo Designs

Lighting can completely transform a residence changing the mood and perspective of a space. Few brands create as timeless and beautiful lamps as Pablo and their unique pieces enhance any space. The brand experiments which form and function creating double-take worthy items like a light bench or corner office with built-in light sources. Pablo Designs aims to deepen the relationship between users, objects and their environments.

8. Brondell

Brondell’s products are designed for healthier living. They make air purifiers, water filtration systems, bidets, and heated toilet seats, harnessing water in a variety of ways for our everyday life. We don’t spend a lot of time thinking about how our air quality could be better or using a lavatory could be a more pleasant experience but Brondell helps us re-think and enjoy those moments.
