As soon as you enter this 2 bedroom, modern boutique apartment at 188 Octavia, you are engulfed by light and the views of Hayes Valley from the floor to ceiling windows, take a seat, and relax, you are finally home! From the sculptural exterior facade to the contemporary, high-quality finishes we carefully curated this home with signature San Francisco style, choosing each and every item with comfort and style in mind.

The open living space allows you to easily entertain while your guests relax on the couch and listen to records while you cook on the top-of-the-line appliances. We created a modern space with boho touches sticking to a natural, muted color pallet for our furniture and textiles, allowing our colorful and textural art and decor to pop! The show-stopping triptych painting from local Bay Area Artist, Kindah Khalidy, evokes happiness, regardless of how thick the fog is outside.

Have your coffee in bed and watch the world pass by, or admire one of the few sculptures we chose for the master bedroom. From the tapestry hanging next to the bed, the woven bowls and baskets, to the indigo died pillow, this room provokes a sense of adventure and travel. The wallpaper adds depth and sophistication and is an art piece on its own.

Try and resist touching the beautiful sheepskin tapestries or horsehair accent pillow made by local artists, Seven Sundays, in the second bedroom. This room is packed with patterns and textures while still maintaining a minimal and worldly aesthetic.
