Team: Pacific Eagle Holdings & The Mark Company
Project: Batch put finishing touches on a 1-BR and a 2-BR model in early 2018. We were later invited to create our own 1-BR model in Residence #509, a striking corner unit with nearly 500 square feet of outdoor living space.
Concept: We created a "geometric gallery" with a strong emphasis on shape throughout. We added playful pops of pink and added tasteful accessories and plenty of plants to highlight the architectural elements.
Model Price: The home's furnishings, fixtures, art, and decor are available for $35,000. Homebuyers at The Austin receive generous package discounts.
