Project: Batch created a 2-BR model in Residence #209.
Concept: We focused on creating a home for a young professional, busy working long days, likely commuting by Caltrain. The result was a richly layered look with mixed metals and local art, a nod to the creativity of the Dogpatch neighborhood.
Outcomes: The models we installed sold in an average of 7-10 days and we relocated the package twice, ending in a 1-BR home, Residence #109.
Model Price: The home's furnishings, fixtures, art, and decor are available for $40,000. Homebuyers at Knox receive generous package discounts.
