Join us for an exclusive KICK-YO workout! Elevate your heart rate and get your sweat on with 25 minutes of cardio kickboxing with Urbankick! You will punch, kick, and squat your way through this dynamic cardio workout followed by a 10-minute booty-basting resistance set to tone and strengthen your best assets. We will finish with fluid asanas in a continuous flow of postures to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. Leave feeling refreshed, confident, and empowered.
Please come dressed in workout attire, tennis shoes and bring your own mat and water bottle. Class starts promptly at 10 am, be sure to arrive at least ten minutes before to sign-in.
