Style Concierge (Part-time)
Location: San Francisco, CA
The Style Concierge will be a service and sales motivated individual with proven success in retail sales and the ability to understand and represent luxury brands. The Concierge must be confident and personable, while comfortable approaching new and existing customers to meet sales goals and expand our client base. They will be responsible for performing skilled, personalized guest experiences designed provide a white glove customer experience.

Assist guests in a timely, efficient and courteous manner delivering superior customer service. Utilize suggestive selling techniques that are never pushy or intimidating
Assist with merchandise selection and merchandise returns
Handle each guest interaction as relationship and not as a transaction, in a professional and friendly manner
Follow up on all orders, order flow, receipt of goods, transfers and troubleshoot when necessary to solve and issues
Be an expert in advising guests on the current product. Able to articulate advantages, benefits and/or fits of various retailers
Utilize available tools to foster individual and store sales: guest database, guest call and email campaigns
Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and presentations. Lead and maintain visual standards of the store, per Batch directives
Accurately execute operational tasks such as ringing sales, receiving stock, shipping merchandise and maintaining the look of the showhome
Professionally handle phone calls and any customer service issues
Be aware of inventory issues
Assist store team with preparation and execution of special events
Write daily business recaps
Serve and liaison in communication between the store and home office
Perform other duties as required
2+ years of retail client service and sales experience, preferably in interiors/home furnishings and/or fashion. High-end prefered.
Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment at 1 or more different locations within the city.
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Great eye for design and style, with a strong awareness of current trends and ability to think outside of the box when it comes to merchandising.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in the face of conflict.
Ability to be agile, operating with a sense of urgency, deal with change, and demonstrate flexibility in ambiguous situations with good judgment and confidence
Ability to process a vast amount of information and understand and prioritize competing business needs.
Strong social following a plus
Functional understanding of MailChimp a plus
