Brand Success Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA
As Brand Success Manager, you will work with a diverse group of companies as their advocate for a positive experience selling product at Batch. Your responsibilities will include building a foundational understanding of every partner’s business and working closely throughout their participation at Batch to ensure good outcomes. You will work cross functionally with our retail teams and management to ensure that we are delivering the best solutions and support for all of our brand partners.

Own all communication with the brands after they have committed to working with us through the end of the Batch
Organize all steps of a new collection launch including inventory/shipment, promotional codes, team training and marketing materials
Help event plan and integrate with Batch’s marketing initiatives across email, web, social, and events
Support team with invoice management
Brand liaison during sponsored events hosted at Batch
Support team during collection changes and ongoing support as needed
Assist in building brand pipeline for future and current collections
2-3 years of retail management, sales, account management or recruiting experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills are required
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in the face of conflict
Ability to be agile, operating with a sense of urgency, deal with change, and demonstrate flexibility in ambiguous situations with good judgment and confidence
Ability to process a vast amount of information and understand and prioritize competing business needs.
