Account Executive (Full-time)
Location: San Francisco, CA

Batch is looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about redefining the retail business model. We partner with emerging and established home and lifestyle brands that primarily operate online, acting as a hub for product discovery and brand engagement. Our bi-coastal showrooms change concepts six times per year to continuously provide new experiences and design inspiration. The Account Executive will be at the center of our business, connecting with prospective brands and advocating for our revolving retail model. You’ll be the first person our prospective partners interact with, so it’s your job to make a positive impression!

  • Serve as our team’s Account Executive, successfully achieving ambitious outreach and revenue targets each month.

  • Research, target, and connect with small and emerging companies to conduct a minimum of 30 calls per week, identifying key partner and / or sponsorship opportunities.

  • Respond to all prospects in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage workflow (prospects, call logs, follow ups, signed documents) in HubSpot.

  • Track and analyze weekly sales numbers, providing a reporting summary for management.

  • Liaise with the Brand Success Manager, delegating projects, tasks, and client follow up requests to ensure implementation.

  • Represent Batch as the premiere destination for fully-staffed pop-up retail space in major US markets including San Francisco and New York.


  • 4-7 years of B2B sales experience

  • Gifted communicator. You have the ability to engage any audience, remaining concise, confident and thoughtful.

  • Positive attitude. Ability to creatively overcome objections and produce wins for the business.

  • Curious. You’re interested in finding efficient and effective solutions to difficult problems, and building process where there is none.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot and LinkedIn. Knowledge of a bonus.

  • Startup experience desired.


  • The total compensation for this role is $90-110,000, (50/50 base vs. bonus split)
